Inital Contact
After contact has been made with us, we will send you an email containing an enquiry form that has questions to give a deeper understanding of what you already have in place, your budget and timelines. This email will also include a ‘Tips to a Successful Design-Build’ document to help with you finalise choices, decisions and ideas.
Introductory Call
During this call, we will run through what is included in our Concepts Package and gather more information about your project. After the call, you will be emailed our package to read over and accept.
concept design meeting
This is a face-to-face meeting with our Interior Designer to run through your ideas, must-haves and other specifics such as the number of bedrooms, spaces, etc.
site vist
Our Lead builder, Interior Designer, and draftsman/Architect will visit the site with you to survey and start design discussions.
concept briefs
We will provide you with initial drawings for you to review and revise.
final design meeting
Our Concepts Package also includes a final design meeting to run through your plans and ensure you are happy with how your dream home has been designed.
pre-construction process
preparation of a fixed price quote offer.
introductory call
This is where we will run through what is included in our Pre-Construction Package and get a bit more information regarding your project. After this call you will be emailed our package to read over and to sign and accept.
site visit
Our Lead Builder and Interior Designer will visit the site with you to survey and view your plans and start design discussions.
design meetings
We will schedule in meetings with yourself and our design team to start to build your finishes and fixtures schedule, discuss spaces and functionality and how your home will be brought together. Any specialist trades will be arranged in this time as well (joinery, solar, automations, etc)
fixed price quote offer
Once we have all documents, we allow 6 weeks for us to develop and create your fixed price quote offer. We will then arrange a time to meet face-to-face to present this document to you. The quote offer will include a detailed break down of costings, timelines for each stage, and stage payment break down.

LUXE Building offers you a seven (7) year Structural Guarantee (Guarantee) on your new home. This Guarantee is subject to the terms outlined in your Building Contract.

No hidden costs, we use fixed price building contracts
We provide detailed quotations for your new home and when it’s time to sign a building contract, you will sign a fixed price construction contract. This means that your price is final and includes everything in your contract.

Having a fixed price contract means you know exactly how much your new home is going to cost to build and the price cannot increase to include any unforeseen items.
