  • As we only take on a small number of builds per year (1-2 new homes & 5+ renovation projects), we allow each project ample time and management to ensure clients are involved, budgets are stuck too and the whole process is communicated regularly.


Our Process

Our process is broken down into two stages:

  • Concepts - taking you from idea through to final plans ready for approval.

    • As we are a design-build company, we encourage our clients to work with us from the very beginning of their journey.

    • This involves meetings with our Design team (builder, draftsman, interior designer) to create the space/home of your dreams

  • Pre-Construction - working closely with you to price your project for construction

    • Involving meetings with our Builder and Interior Designer to build your project specific selections document which we use to price your project. No more guess or general allowances. But costs on the products/finishes you are wanting.

At LUXE Building, we prioritize a thorough and collaborative process before the start of construction. Our selected experienced and qualified architects/draftsmen and interior designer work closely with the client to truly understand their vision and goals for the project. Through a series of meetings and consultations, we develop a comprehensive design plan that takes into account all aspects of the project, from functionality to aesthetics. Once the design plan is finalized and approved by the client, we begin the pre-construction process, which includes obtaining further details on finishes and fixtures, creating a detailed construction schedule and narrowing down on a final project cost. With this meticulous approach, we ensure a smooth and successful transition from design to the start of construction, setting the foundation for a completed project that exceeds the client's expectations.
